Return Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please note: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item .

How to return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info @sistas -curlcollection .com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items that are returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for questions about returns via info @sistas -curlcollection .com .

Damages and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to guarantee you get what you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union: 14 days cooling-off period
If the order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Again, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info @sistas -curlcollection .com .
