We ship with PostNL in the Netherlands and worldwide.

Estimated shipping time of products within the Netherlands (excluding holidays) is 1 to 2 business days. Sometimes there are delays. You can track your package with your tracking number that you will receive from us by email.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00 PM ON WORKING DAYS WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY IF IN STOCK. ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED ON MONDAY .

For international orders within and outside Europe, delivery time may vary from 3 to 18 business days or longer, depending on destination and any customs procedures. Sistas Curl Collection is not responsible for any customs fees your country may impose for international shipping and delivery.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

If an order is returned due to an incorrectly provided address, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs to resend the package.

Returns

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after receipt. Contact us at info@sistas-curlcollection.com and let us know why you want to return the product (not mandatory, but helps us to improve our service).

Return conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.

The return costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@sistas-curlcollection.com . We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return , provided the product has been received in good condition.
